Apologies for not jumping in sooner. That is a problem and means the
decoder is non conformant with the programming specs and incompatible
with SPROG.
SPROG uses direct bit to verify each bit of a CV. Finally, a direct
byte verify is used to double check the value ascertaind by the
direct bit verifies, in case there were no replies at all which could
mean no loco present.
Do the Blueline decoders support paged mode? You can manually select
that for SPROG.
