sprog-dcc : Message: Firmware Upgrade

Andrew,

I'm using an original version 4.0 SPROG which was recently upgraded from
firmware version 3.8 to 3.9. Since performing the upgrade I've noticed
ever time the unit is powered up or reset, track power is turned on. Is
this a new feature of the firmware or should I be looking for a problem?
