Hi All,

OK on the "urgh" on the Bachmann and Hornby decoders. I'm just starting out
so want to do this as cheaply as possible! I already rate the Bachmann above
the Hornby, let's see what the TCS brings to the table!

I'm pretty sure I should be able to sell on any decoders on eBay if I
upgrade at a later date.
