Stan,

You do have an older version but if it works OK for you then there
is no need to upgrade. You will need to upgrade if you use digitrax
decoders and wish to program in direct mode (which is recommended
since it is much quicker) or if you want to program Soundtraxx
Tsunami sound decoders.
