Back again Andrew,
There is no power at the track or the terminals with LED lit.
I got a reading of 6.8ish from the regulator, is that ok ?
I deleted msg 724 as i needed to edit it and couldn't.
I took a voltage between U5/2 and ground and got 1.5ish volts ( the
junction of R32/R33)is this important ? It's a lot less than the Iv *0.175
Should I bump up the input voltage to 15 or 18 volts ? Its 12.6v at
pres but drops to 11.6v tother side of the Bridge Rectifier, could
things be too low ?

Ok here is a cutnpaste from JMRI terminal, does "CD false " (Line 828)
give any clues ?
Line 44796 is what it said after I tried to change a CV.
