My view is that it is too late to change the date now.  If it was a
realistic prospect then we should have been handing out flyers at
Colours and checked with all the traders we would have invited to
attend.  Having already published the provisional date for next year I
think we should stick to it now but begin to plan for an earlier date
in 2008.  The planning and structure ie 1 day or 2 days and
provisional date will need to be decided by early 2007 in order to
canvas traders etc.
