Very informal, so no time is specified. Club starts at 10.00 but some don't arrive until the afternoon so I suggest we 'set' a time for 1400 (ish). Most people take a break at some point!

Hi everyone:-

1. Just a reminder to Committee Members that the next Committe Meeting
is due on 1.6.08. These meetings are informal - so no agenda and no
need for minutes. However, it might be useful to let others know if
anyone has a specific subject they want to discuss. I would like to
discuss the 'Challenge Cup', still in Weymouth's possession!!!

2. I am asking again for information about the last club T-shirt
supplier so that I can contact them to see if they still have the club
logo pattern. If anyone knows who this was, please let me know.
