Good Morning,

 

I have decided to send this e-mail to all our "current" contact to checkc that our information is till up to date.

 

This is not the official invitation to put on a display/game at Salute 2010, but it is my intention to send as much "paperwork" electronical this year, hence this e-mail. If you are not the correct contact for your Club/Organisation for the Official Invitation, which should follow before long, could you please let me have the following information

 

1]    Name of your Club/Organisation

2]    Name of the Contact

3]    Current E-Mail address.

 

I will still need confirmation that we have the correct e-mail address, but I will only need the name of your Club for this.

 

Oh, the date for 2010 is 24th April, at Excel again. Further information will be provided when the "Official" Invitation is sent out.
