Hello Ste!!!
Yes I know u! :OP I'm in the middle of being astounded that you don't
know about Rik Mayall but we'll leave that debate for the Frank
board :OP lol!
But yeah it's a shame this place has become a bit quiet! But in the
early days it was mainly just me, Mads and Chez (God rest her
soul...lol! She's not actually dead so far as I'm aware but she just
disappeared!) being mental! lol!
So thank you for posting anyway :)
Yeah I agree that Alan Partridge is the best of Steve's characters -
but I suppose there's just so much more material with Alan in. I love
*all* his stuff though, obviously! :) And The Parole Officer is fab
isn't it!! Really must rewatch that soon seen as I bought the dvd and
haven't played it yet! LOL!... I don't know about it being the
funniest film I've EVER seen...but then I'd never be able to choose a
single film I don't think! Parole Officer would probably be in my top
20 tho!! :) lol! But film-wise I don't think anything will ever beat
the Pythons :o) Life of Brian and Holy Grail - sheer genius. (Oh as
is Drop Dead Fred but we're leaving the Rik debate...:OP)
So...in a nutshell...Steve's great! :) :) :)
Oooh I'll copy and paste an article about the Drugathon charity thing
that Steve hosted that Mads kindly emailed to me! (Hope you don't
mind Mads but you've not posted it so I may as well! :)) And she went
to SEE .... swine!! :OD
Anyway, I'll post it separately to all this ramble!
Speak soon!
Ange
