Hi Janet
We are so sorry that you are al having to go through this, but we pray that God will give you all the strength to cope with these long vigils.
And we are praying for your Mum, that she will soon seek the release to be with God rather than continue to suffer.
Thank you that you feel able to count on us at this time.
Andy & Carol xx

[stmarysislandchurchforum] Janet (M's) Mum
Hi one and all,
My Mum is now extremely ill and very
frail. The doctor’s etc. do not expect her to pull through this
time. My brother and I (with help from our other halves) are taking it in
turns to sit with Mum. Yesterday (Wednesday) I was with her from 12.30
lunch-time until 10.30am this morning. I have been home for some sleep
and will be going back around 7.00pm tonight – with the possibility of another
long night. Mum is non- responsive but thankfully, after a difficult day
yesterday, is now quite peaceful. Please pray that her parting will
continue to be peaceful and not distressing.
Thanks. It’s good to know that we can be
supported in prayer by the Church and others.
Love Janet
