Dear All
Just to remind you that there is the (short) AGM next Sunday immediatley after the service. Most of the reports are printed out already, there will be a couple of verbal reports. We shall have to vote on 2 chruch council vacancies (assuming we have nominations!) and re-confirm our Child Protection personnel. I anticiapate none of this will take too long.
There is 'Bring and Share ' lunch after the AGM and Janet M is providing a cold turkey (she has 20lb turkey in her freezer left from Christmas) and has asked that we bring any form of salad to accompany this plus a sweet. This will mean that people will not be spending time in the kitchen during the AGM and we can streamline the meeting and focus on the food!!
