Thanks so much for all your prayers.  We are safely home having had a fantastic trip.  We were blessed by the whole experience and Godwas good to us.  we all remained healthy until one had a little upset tummy on the plane home!  We made new friends.  We helped with building and found out how important time is in any relationship.

I visited with others in the team a lady and her family from the church.  She opened our meeting in her home with thanks for my visit to her home 3 years ago.  She said I had blessed and encouraged her to be strong after the death of her husband.  She told me the words I spoke and prayed had remained with her and given her strength for the past 3 years and there I was again to visit her in her home.

We do not know the power of the words we speak.  They are in God's hands. He uses them for his purposes.  I had forgotton the visit to her home and certainly what I had said but she hadn't.  We have a great big God and He uses us despite our failings, in spite of our weaknesses.

Never underestimate the word you speak or the time you give to another person.  It may help to sustain them and encourage them and give them strength for the future!

Thanks for your prayers.  The team were great and the time was a blessing to us all.  My prayer is that the time we gave and the words we spoke, prayers we prayed will be a blessing to our friends in the community we have left behind

Gary
