the 306 clutch cable is routed very badly on a rhd car and the self
adjuster sits on the subframe below the exhaust (heat and crap) so it
is probably either seizing or at the end of its life/travel also
where it attaches to the g/box isn't pefrect. they aren't alot of
money to buy/change i would however say buy genuine if it has lasted
that long it can't be that bad for the money
