'R' reg 306 1.9 Diesel (non Turbo)

I need to replace the sump. I can't get it of due to the power
steering pump brackets. I am having difficulties trying to undo all
the relevant bolts etc to be able to move the pump.

The belt tensioner doesn't seem to want to come slack.

What have I missed. Does anyone know the specific way of removing the
sump?
