RE: [Stuart's Peugeot 306 Club] Re: 306SL boot lid

thanks for reply, ive got full car... bought for a small fee, with 6 months MOT
but engine wont start properly. ive got the car todayt and one of the spark
plugs is sparking out of the distributor cap so i ve got a feeling its a
combination of A haivng no back pressure coz theyve got the rear box in the
booot, and also got a mis firing cylinder

otherwise is a tidy car, im likely to need new set of plugs nad a back box...
'new' meaning anything ht will get it running sweet enough to sell...
want £400 for it... 85k, smart interior, general good condition apart from back
box, which jst needs braising back on, and a general service of plugs....

what spares you got about? im currently driving a '97 xldt, turbo problems but
running sweet generally after 90k, ideally want the sedan as a project car....
got lowering springs, got standard five spoke peugeot alloys which look shit
hot,. but unless i get the sedan running sweet i just wnna get it sold.... bank
managers not too happy at the mo ;)

let me know

cheers

matt (leicester)

issues ive had are electrical issues. main one being the engine management light
comming on and heater blower not working. found this to be the ignition swith
having a fault on it. appart from that ive had no real problems with mine. they
are great little cars and have tones of bits for them. hope this is some help to
you.
