Hi,

Pull the door card off and physically see if there is a wire off for starters.

If you know someone who can operate a multimeter ask them to check the switches.

You could take the switches off the other door to see if they work in the faulty
side.

One last quick idea. The 306 did have troubles with the wiring loom to the
doors, so it might be a trip to a local garage.
