behind the dash you have many connections. there is round one, which
is aerial signal for radio. there will be two ISO blocks which are
standard on all stereo's (one for power, earth etc, one for speakers
two in front doors, two in parcel shelf) if you have a remote control
stalk at the steering wheel there will be a third, and for this to
work you either need the original stereo ie the blaupunkt, or you can
buy and fit an aftermarket one and get an adapter, however, not all
aftermarket units have this option.
I have a blaupunkt cassette head unit from a 96 306 sedan that has
three rectangular connector blocks aswell as the aerial connector,
therefor is standard fit. however, im not sure wether you will need a
security code. id be more than happy for you to have it and can send
it via royal mail.
If you willing to pay for postage and a pint on top, id send you the
stereo and all the codes i have for the stereos i have had (i have
had 3 306's that i have broken for parts. i also have a cd player
that is a standard fitment in the phase 3 2000 onwards 306. this will
fit and work with your car and the stalk controls if you have them.
and you will be upgrading from cassette to CD.
i 100% have the code for this, and it works fine, i upgraded to a dvd
player and removed it. would want £35 for this, however that includes
postage to mainland UK
