having worked for citreon many years ago.as a slave.for crap
money.and drove hundreds of there cars.
i had never drove a 306 before.since i bought this one i was
suprised.Its a great little drive.Nippy.excelaration when you need
it.Holds the road well.45 miles to the gallon.not to big.but large
enough for 5.engine parts easy to get to,for repairs.parts easy to
get hold of from scrappy.
I did get hold of a identical one.To renew all the things that
needed repairing or replacing on mine.And i now have enough spare
parts.Incase needed in future.The window winder mechanisum.Was a
painfull experiance.Replacing them.Having been riveted in place.It
was a case of drill them out.Or saw them of.But not being wide
awake.I went with the long option.Sawing of the rivets.Due to the
fidly task involved.My hands now feel like sandpaper.And have more
cuts than a butchers shop.
but with new winders and door trims.new seats.it looks a treat.all
for the cost of my own computer.that i swopped for the spare car.for
parts.people keep saying they love the colour.its red.i say it dosnt
show the blood when you crash.lol

ON THE NET NOW.THERE ARE SITES YOU BOOK IN WHAT PARTS YOU ARE
LOOKING FOR.PARTS FROM SCRAP YARDS.ANDABOUT 150 SCRAP YARDS HAVE
YOUR DETAILS.AND TEXT YOU WHEN THEY HAVE YOUR PARTS.
BUT IT WOULD SEEM SOMEONE CAN GET HOLD OF YOUR DETAILS .MAYBE AN ODD
ONE.WORKING AT ONE OF THESE SITES.THEY TEXT YOU.SAY THEY GOT YOUR
PARTS.SO YOU PAY OVER THE PHONE WITH YOUR CARD.ALAS.I DID NOT DO IT
OVER A LAND LINE..THERES WAS A MOBILE.
SO NO PARTS TURNED UP.BUT MY BANK WAS EMPTIED OF ALL MY MONEY.I ONLY
FOUND OUT AS THE SAME DAY I WENT TO ICELAND TO BUY MY SHOPPING AND
PAID WITH MY CARD.IT WAS DECLINED.I THOUGHT THIS WAS STRANGE AS I
HAD BEEN PAYED THAT DAY.WHEN CHECKING ONLINE IN MY BANK.ALL MY MONEY
HAD GONE OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.
IT SEEMS AFTER CHECKING.PEOPLE ARE TOPPING UP MOBILE PHONES AT
BUYERS EXPENCE.UNTRASEABLE.
I DID RING THE BANK AND GOT MY CARD CANCILLED.AND ANY PAYMENTS
STOPPED.THE BANK WERE QUITE HELPFULL.EVEN CREDITING MY ACCOUNT WITH
THE STOLEN FUNDS.
THE POLICE WERE A DIFFERANT MATTER.AS MUCH AS SAID SOMEONE HAD GOT
HOLD OF MY CARD.WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE.AS I LIVE ALONE.MY CARD IS
ALWAYS ON ME.THEY DIDNT WANT TO DO ANYTHING UNLESS THE BANK DECIDED
TO PERSUE THE MATTER.

SO TO BE BLUNT.NEVER GIVE YOUR CARD DETAILS OVER THE PHONE........
