Hi
I have just joined this group and I have a problem that Im hoping
someone can help me solve!
My peugeot is a 1999 3 door, XS and I think the alarm is a standard 306
alarm.
The red light for the alarm on the dashboard is constantly on when the
ignition is on.
I have just replaced the door switch as that wasn't working with the
interior light and the buzzer for the headlights, hoping that the
replacement switch would solve the problem with the alarm light, but it
hasn't.
Occasionally my alarm seems to want to go off for no apparent reason. I
am thinking that maybe the alarm wants resetting and if so, does anyone
know how to do this without taking it to a dealers or if anyone has any
other ideas as to why the light is on?
