It may be the indicator switch as well as they are known to be a
problem sometimes. i had to change mine as the clicking was getting
worse. does ti get better when you move the indicator switch, try
waggling it slightly if it goes away , i bet the switch is
knackered. new one sre about £40 or more but i got a second hand one
for £15, you can always try ebay or a breakers yard.
