Re: 306 XSi

A good insurance company to try is Budget Insurance
(www.budgetinsuranceuk.com). I own a dturbo and i have been paying
£660 a year with endsleigh and when asked for a quote to renew it at
the end of this month they quoted me £450 fully comp, only snag is
the excess is a bit higher. Failing that look at the back of car mags
where they have performance car/ hot hatch insurance companies listed.

With regardss to buying a high mileage used car all i would say is if
you are plannng to own it for a few years and are likely to put some
miles on it yourself, be aware that you won't get much when you
decide to sell it! Hence why you are looking at a car worth £4000 as
opposed to the going rate of £5995 for a lower mileage Xsi

Hope this helps
