Hey guys, firstly I must say that this group has got to be a good
thing, hell it's convinced me to finalize the purchase of a 306si!
The Parkers Car Check Guide gave me a lot of insights into what to
look for in a used Pug. I live in Trinidad West Indies, and believe
me, on this side of the world there are some mean Pugs, I mean a
friend of mine turbocharged his petrol fueled 306, and that makes him
a very mean contender in the drag racing arena over here. I am in the
process of purchasing a petrol fueled 306si, and i'm really impressed
with the reviews I get and the passion people have for these cars. As
you see in the subject line i'm new to Pugs, so i'll like to know
things like how reliable the parts are, do suspension parts go very
easily, what do you guys think about the durability of the
engines, what type of modifications are available, particularly for
the 1.8 etc. Any info would only encourage me to hurry the purchase.

Thanks a lot guys!
