I have read the instruction manual 5 times but I am still at a loss how to use

the T4.  I have

managed to key in personal details etc, but would like someone on a one to one

to show me

how to use it.  Is there anywhere in the Croydon Surrey area where I could go to

be shown a

tutorial on how to use it.



I am finding it very frustrating as I can't wait to use it at my gym.

I echo what Ann says, I've just purchased a T4c, having had a

cardiosport heart monitor before.



The user manual is one of the most user hostile I have ever read.



Makes me want to send the thing back.

Sorry to see a couple of user of Suunto T4 having problems.
