Hi Bob
Thanks for the update.
That puts me in an awkward position. My son normally has to be
home for 1 but I was dropping him off at 12 and then turning up. If things were
happening at 10.30 then I could bring him along for the first 2 hours. He is
only 8 but I was hoping to get him involved in a bit of basic DBA at home. I
hoped visiting a proper gaming session would arouse his interest.
Thanks
Robert

Subject: [the_kirklees_crusaders] Re: Attendance on Sunday 17th
Hi,
I'd just like to point out that Sunday's gaming session will in fact
be kicking off at 10:00am, and running until approximately 4pm.
The game will be a 400 points per side battle using the DBMM rules
between my Ottomans (with Serbian allies)and Ian's Later Polish
(possibly with allies).
Depending on numbers attending I'll be happy to referee/help players
unfamiliar with these rules..
Allowing for set-up time etc, I'd imagine we'll start pushing figures
around at about 10:30.
As far as I'm aware, there's no catering on-site, although the bar
(which opens at 1pm I think) may well sell crisps and stuff, so it
might be worth bringing a sandwich or something for lunch (I like
crunchy peanut butter)
cheers
