Here are some baths: Despojar (not every one can do this bath, because of the ruda it contains, ruda does not function the same for everyone) Ruda, cascarilla, seven caps of florida water, seven caps of holy water, despojo de la siete plantas aromaticas, white flowers, seven caps of pompella, incense and cigar smoke. Burn incense and light a candle while passing the mixture through your body, then place a white ribbon around your waist, lighta seven day white candle. Place the left over in a bag and place it in the park Seven-Day Cleansing Bath Seven-day candle (preferably a Seven African Powers candle, but a rainbow, white, or blue one will do) rosemary white rum Every evening for seven successive nights, brew a pint of rosemary tea. Light the candle next to your bathtub and pour the tea into a bath which is as hot as you can stand it; also pour in seven capfuls of white rum. Soak in the bath making sure you immerse yourself in it at least once; pour the water over your head. Afterwards avoid TV or anything stressful. Ideally, avoid people or situations that drain your energy during the seven-day period of the bath. If that's just not possible, make sure that you at least get some peace and quiet between the time you bathe and when you go to sleep. Cover your head and don't speak of painful subjects or angry people during that time period. Remember that when you do baths try the best you can to dress in white and cover your head in white for at least more then one day(if you can), but if you can't for more then one day, then less is ok.
