Hi mate, Mine is lowered by 35mm, the wheels are 15" with 195'50'15 tyres, you can go bigger with the wheel size but the ride suffers then, I dont get any...

my springs are puma sport springs and i just replaced them not the dampers too, i did it on the cheap see? you should be able to put 16's on no probs. ...
