hi just to say that my vhf tv and fm broadcast dx cluster on skype is going quite well . there are users from all over uk and eu etc anyone interested just search for me on skype  tvdxrools  and i will add you.
 
the format is for example
 
48.250 TVE spain via Es in io75um 12.13z
 
and the only rule is STRICTLY NO CHATTING

Yes, and that's why I'm interested in a design with grounded elements... We have quite a large number of electrical storms here on the coast in South Carolina...
