does ease up a bit if you're having a good time so
hopefully we're in for an OCD holiday too.<br>I just wanted
to ask, does anyone suddenly go through a very bad
drop in self-confidence? I get this every now and
again. It mainly comes out in thinking that nobody wants
me around or not knowing what to say to people or
not being bothered to make the effort.<br>After 20
years, I still don't know whether this is just a
character trait or my OCD (or could it be both?). <br>I'm
really glad this site exists.
