Hi my partner has severe OCD and has spent four months in an inpatient
Theraputic Psychiatric Unit in the UK. This unit is specially for treatment
resistant OCD from around the UK and is one of the top units here. In the unit
you have CBT and medication, anger management and exposure therapy. It doesnt
cure it but it helps to manage the condition.
