Beefy, my God, I've had most of the thoughts at one time or another that are
described on the link you've shown. I can't believe it, the years I've lost
believing that I was on the verge of becoming this, that or the other.
Thankfully I have been free from them for 3 years or more and when they have
surfaced I've recognised them and managed to almost laugh at them. Sent your
