Hi All,
I agree that finding out about OCD in the UK is so much hard work,
when I was lookign for support last year I found it so difficult.
Further to my last post I have noticed that at the Obsessive Action
conference in October there will be a 'Media Training' workshop.
The workshop will consist of a small panel of people who deal with
the media (whether in print, radio or TV) and discuss how to get your
message across and protect yourself. There will then be an
opportunity to be interviewed by DR Raj Persaud who has appeared on
several top TV shows.

indeed. When I was going through hell a number of years ago, I didn't
have a clue what was going on! I was scared to go and see the doctor,
cos I thought he would lock me up.
