I'm so pleased you find it helpful, just a thought about the meds there are
many different one's you could try that might not increase your Anxiety, maybe
you should try some different one's.
Anyway you know where I am if you want to talk or vent or anything, take care

I stopped the anti-depressant i was on due to it giving me high anxiety.

I'm Sandra, Sani for short, I started this group a couple of years ago. I
know how scary this illness is hon, believe me I do, your thoughts are running
away with themselves irrationally. Rationally you know this of course but this
doesn't help in making you feel less terrified. I think you need to go back to
see your Doctor and explain how you're feeling. Why did you come off the
anti-depressants?
Know that you are not alone with this, we can talk this out as much as you
like if it helps. As for being Schizo, your doctor would already have diagnosed
that if you were so try to put that out of your mind as much as possible.
Any way I'm here to listen hon, so please don't think you're alone with your
fears!

Please help,i once saw a psychiatrist when i was diagnosed for
clinical depression after suffering a stillbirth with twins.Since
stopping the med i was on for depression i have obsessed over the
questions the psych had asked me,i now am obsesed that i haved turned
schizo,i am so scared,i am 38yrs old,have been a carer all my
life,including six years caring for the less fortunate. Please help i
don't know where to turn.
