Dear Amy,
I am sorry also to hear about this, but as the others
have said it does get better. you will eventually be
able to exposure yourself to the obsessions and see
that you are ok.
i have many intrusive thoughts about "cheating on my
boyfriend" and i tend to doubt "what if i did". It is
sometimes so scary to think that you doubt what you
fear, but usually when you are doubting something, it
is ocd!! remember that!!
