Hi..I wrote to the website some time ago and didn't
really know whaht to expect. It's lovely to hear from
other people. I have suffered from OCD my entire life
I think but it's only recently that it has been
recognised by my GP. I also suffer from depression on
and off and unfortunately am at a rather low point
just now. My friends don't know I have these
problems..it's so very hard to explain don't you
think? They just think I'm a bit of a 'tidy-up' freak
and we laugh about it..but sometimes inside I'm
crying. I've been on medication now for over 4 years
and am slowly 'weaning' myself off them...it's hard
work but I'm determined to do it. Having said that,
there's no shame in it so I guess if I don't manage it
I shouldn't get too worked up about it.
Anyway,that's me in a nut-shell (literally!!!)
Take care y'all.....
