Hi Lymdsey,
Thanks for sharing your story.My friends don't know about
my problems either and I'd prefer to keep it that way.A bit of me is
embarassed I guess,even though I know I shouldn't be.How come you
don't get psychological help from for example from a therapist of
some sort? I don't think [the majority of] GP's are experiemced to
deal with our sort of problems.If you don't mind me asking,what
medication are you on??
