Hello everybody,its me again!

Just wondering if anyone has any good controlling stratagies of
limiting the amount of intrusive thoughts?
I'm having CBT at the moment but it just doesn't seem to be
working,if anything,i find it patronizing.
Can anyone help me? or have you got any simular stories?
