Hi Josh, I read your post again from yesterday and i know you weren't
trying to insult me ,i am just sensitive i get so mad at myself that i
just can't accept and let go of some things ,what you said did make alot
of sense lol as a sufferer of ocd i had to read it over and over
.......you had alot good points there ..maybe i'm just stressed and
after a loss of a loved one it seems like i developed alot problems felt
to needy ya know......i think i get in denial that there is nothing else
they can do for me i don't know why i go on and on or even what i'm
looking for from my family and friends , i know they love and care about
me i tell myself not this time ,i'm going to listen more than tell about
whats bothering me, i have done this before and it worked it feels
soooooo good not to obsess..I want so much to change for the
better.......I know you were only trying to help Thank you .i would like
