Oh hon I can imagine how upsetting this is for you, it's like you have 2
things to deal with.
I don't know too much about Alopecia except that I remember a newsreader had
it and had to wear a wig for a while, as you say it was brought on by
stress, well, hers grew back, she learnt relaxation teqniques and stopped
worrying so much about it and it all grew back, I 'm telling you this
because I want you to see it can have a happy ending. Hugs to you sweetie,

Hi Ruthie, Yes distraction definitely helps!! The more you can do the better, I find drawing helps me too :0) Yes this is one of my sites, I have quite a few!...
