attitude but than i obsess ,it's like an emotional Rollercoaster, ...i

pyschiatrist is trying to look into something else for me, ,,,,i used to
go to OCD groups 2 times a month i really like it ,so many of us suffer
wth this ,and i didn't feel so alone ...i an going to a council group
once a week it lasts for 3 hours , their are 3 people with ocd there so
we share our feelings and what we go through ...my Germ phobia has come
back worse than ever ,my therapist used to do exposure therapy with me
but, he left to work at a crisis center ....at this group i go to now
the know i'm obsessed about hair now so my councler said only look at
spots once a month, it's hard but i'm trying, if i keep checking to much
i just cry and lose hope take care Sani thank you so much for your
support and kindness!!!!! Hug's Ruthie
