I know this is going to sound a bit odd, but, how does a person go
about joining a band. Ive been playing the alto for a couple of years
and I would say I`m average to ok, but I think the time has come to
join up with others to take it to the next stage. I would be looking
for groups that are on the same level or a little better, but the
question is, where to start??

Any help would be appreciated.
