Thieving Magpie (formerly Magpie Morris) is a mixed border morris team, who practise at The Parochial Hall, Marsden, Huddersfield, Yorkshire, every Monday.

The side was started on Monday 11th September 2006 by Angi, Angie, Barbara, Freya, Louise, Paddy, Penny and Ruthie.

With the addition of Cara, Helen, Kirsty, Carol, Lorena, Sally and Gill the group was officially established on Wednesday 22nd November 2006.

That weekend Magpie Morris joined the Open Morris.

Regular members are now Angie, Louise, Lynda, Helen, Terry, Chris, Ryan, Ruthie, Kerry, Jacob, Finn, Emily, Paul, Sean, Rory, S.J., Frejya, Harry
