Too much model data?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #480 of 1771 |
Matt and all,

When I try to enter all of the SPICE model data for a typical
2N2222A tranistor, I get an error saying that I've entered too much
data and should delete some. Ultimately, I'm entering about 6 lines of
data in the "Epilogue" area.
Pardon my ignorance, but if I can't enter enough data to simulate
a simple transistor, how can I enter enough to simulate a subcircuit
like an Op-Amp?
I would expect that this area would allow an infinite amount of
data; enough to accomplish any reasonable model. Am I right, or am I
missing something?

Bill
