I don't see much activity here. I am thinking about using Tiny CAD
for a work project and it seems to be missing a lot of even very basic
features like setting the drawing page size, or changing the title
block.

... Actually, using the scroll wheel to zoom is a pretty powerful tool. In other programs that use that, you can easily zoom in on any feature you want to see...
