I don't think you can rescale the schematic as such.
Increasing the sheet size to get more on is the option but reduces readability on a printout.
You can do this at any time if you run out of space.
Multi sheet design may be better for readability.
(Wires with the same net name are linked automatically between sheets)
Individual symbols can be resized but this may cause more problems than it solves.
