I guess women do not make a big deal of wearing toe rings as these are classiefied as female jewelry however us wearing toe rings still is not very common. I think it is comparable to men wearing skirts, only few women would make it the focus of a discussion.
Just had a look at the anklets Gary mentioned and they really look great.

people don't care or don't even pay attention to what anyone else is
wearing. anyway thats all i have to say right now, but lets hear from
some women, it seems the guys are doing all the talking most of the
time.
