It's a lovely piece in Radio Times by Tony about his mum who goes into
a care home. I'm really looking forward to seeing the programme (Mon
27/3 21.00 C4).

But what did he mean "those in private care homes ..... aren't
protected by human rights laws"?

I work in a private care home, and I think they certainly are.
