Roman Remains ( a decorated coffin and artefacts etc) were found in
1887 at a site in Plumstead which is under threat of being developed.
Some local historians believe it is possible there may be a Roman
Burial Ground at or near the site. The site is part of MOL (Plumstead
Common). Do you have any information/interest in this site?
