the state of modern media and I'm looking forward to discussing
these ideas with audiences" says Alastair Campbell. "

what lays behind it!".

June Sarpong, John Sergeant and Kwame Kwei Armagh.

Alastair Campbell is the latest signing to Clive Conway's
impressive
list of politicians, opinion formers and decision makers who are
engaging in lively political debate with the British public. UK
theatregoers are flocking to regional theatres throughout the
country to talk politics and current affairs with public figures
such as Tony Benn, William Hague, Lord Tebbit, Martin Bell, Mo
Mowlam, John Sergeant and Ann Widdecombe among many others.

Theatre producer Clive Conway says "Alastair Campbell is a major
player in our recent history. Audiences now have the real life
opportunity to meet the man and hear his story from his own lips,
without being mis-represented by the media or being spun. An
Audience with Alastair Campbell and our other high profile
personalities is our way of re engaging people with political
debate, taking politics back to the people, where it belongs"

In his time in Downing Street, Alastair Campbell, Tony Blair's
former Director of Communications and Strategy, was involved in all
the major policy issues and international crisis he says "In ten
years in the media, and a decade in politics, I have seen my respect
for the media fall and my respect for politics rise." He
continues
