Glad to see a lot of new members to the group recently. I hope the
information & pictures have proved useful. I'd love to hear from anyone
who has constructed an antenna after visiting the group.

Doesn't matter weather it is a 160m antenna, or one for other bands.

I've found myself ragchewing on the higher part of topband lately. I
do still check out the dx window from time to time. Spring is just
around the corner & I'm looking forward to the warmer weather & the
ability to do a bit more homebrewing outdoors.

Good luck to all of you who are just embarking on homebrewing a new
160m antenna, be it Base, Mobile, Portable or Receive.

Hi there ..i have just put up a 40m long end fed wire to get onto 160m i have earthed the radio and atu to a ground rod and have at the moment 4 80ft radials...
