responding to the e-mail about good fish shops.

In my experience the best shops in my surrounding area are:

BIRCHWOOD AQUATIC CENTRE
London Road, Swanley, Kent

This is a great shop they sell a wide range of Tropical/Coldwater Freshwater
fish and an amazing selection of marine fish and corals, sponges and much
more.
They also sell tanks, books, foods, water treatments and aquatic plants.
I highly recomend this shop my family has used it for years! The people are
very friendly, helpful and approachable and are always happy to offer advice.
I have never been in the store and seen anything bad, all the fish are
healthy and happy.

KESTON AQUARIUM (ARK PETS)

Another great shop, much bigger. Great range of fish, Tropical/Coldwater
Freshwater/Marine. They sell everything you could possibly want or need to
set up, furnish and maintain your aquarium. There are lots of staff who are
well trained and very helpful.
They will offer advice over the phone and may even take excess fish back from
you when yours breed!
All the tanks are clean and free of dead fish. All the fish and plant life
are healthy and water checks are performed regulaly and upon request.

RUXLEY AQUATIC & PET CENTRE
Within Ruxley Manor Garden Centre, Maidstone Road, Sidcup, Kent

This is a very small shop but it is well equipt.
They haven't got a huge range of fish but they supply plants books and FREE
advice and leaflets.
There is a nice atmosphere and the staff are very helpful.
A word of caution though, It does get very busy sometimes, I wouldn't
recommend going on a Saturday!
